Qualifications

• Proficient with Cambium software by Hundegger.
• Thorough knowledge of CAD program by CADWORK to prepare house plans, construction drawings and specifications from rough sketches to final design.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients & co workers.

Responsibilities

• Meets with client/architect/designer/builder/engineer to discuss customer requirements.
• Prepares preliminary design sketches and cost estimates.
• Designs timber frame models and develops connection details.
• Monitors projects during manufacturing and assists production teams.
