Role Overview

We’re hiring a highly experienced TikTok Internal Community Manager to lead and grow our creator community for TikTok Shops. You’ll recruit, coach, and energize creators—turning our network into a performance engine that drives revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage our TikTok creator community on Discord and WhatsApp
  • Recruit and onboard new creators into Pearl West brands
  • Provide content briefs, coaching, and support for high-performing TikTok community engagement campaigns
  • Host community engagement sessions, trainings, and challenges
  • Track performance metrics and optimize community output
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Define 5 measurable success metrics that the candidate will be held accountable for.

  • Engagement Rate Growth – Increase TikTok community engagement rate (likes, comments, shares) by 25% within the first 6 months
  • Community Growth – Drive 15–20% monthly growth in followers and active community members
  • Content Performance – Achieve an average engagement rate of X% per video (benchmarked against industry best-in-class)
  • Community Interaction Response Time – Maintain an average response time under 4 hours for community interactions
  • Campaign Impact – Launch at least 2 high-performing TikTok community engagement campaigns per quarter, measured by reach, engagement, and brand sentiment
Success Benchmarks (30-60-90 Days)

Set expectations for the first three months to help candidates understand what success looks like.

First 30 Days
  • Gain understanding of Pearl West’s brands TikTok presence and community interaction patterns
  • Develop a community engagement playbook (tone, voice, response guidelines, escalation process)
  • Build relationships with internal creative, paid media, and brand teams to align on messaging
First 60 Days
  • Launch at least one TikTok community-driven initiative (e.g., UGC challenge, interactive campaign, trend participation)
  • Demonstrate early wins by improving comment reply rate and engagement interactions by at least 10%
  • Provide monthly performance insights with clear recommendations for optimizing engagement
First 90 Days
  • Own and lead the TikTok community engagement calendar with minimal oversight
  • Deliver a quarterly growth & engagement report with measurable improvements in KPIs
  • Establish Pearl West’s brands as an active and recognizable presence in TikTok and other social media conversations (brand-led + community-driven)

Must-Have Skills:

  • 2+ years in community management, creator management, or TikTok
  • Experience with Discord/WhatsApp communities
  • TikTok creator background OR deep knowledge of the ecosystem
  • Personable, high-energy, and able to coach creators to success
  • Bonus: Discord automation, Reacher, or Euka AI knowledge
