Job Purpose

GSK is looking to hire a Territory Manager, Vaccines to join our Vaccines business. This role is field-based and reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager. This position covers the Ontario North territory, including North Sudbury and surrounding areas extending as far as Sault Ste. Marie and North Bay.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve sales targets within your assigned territory
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals to support their needs and improve patient outcomes
  • Communicating product information effectively and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs
  • Using data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize territory performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and achieve business goals
  • Managing resources effectively to create value for customers and drive business success
  • Ensuring all activities align with internal compliance and regulatory standards
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform strategy and decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare industry
  • Experience selling to specialists or running key account activities
  • Proven ability to create and execute territory business plans
  • Skills interpreting scientific data and translating it for customers
  • Comfort with omnichannel engagement methods and digital customer interactions
  • Strong analytical skills to use data for decision-making
  • A local presence in Ontario and familiarity with the region’s healthcare system

This position requires the employee to drive routinely on company business and allows for the provision of a company-leased vehicle.
