Overview
The Sales Support Associate plays a key role in store success, blending customer service with inventory and sales floor support.
Responsibilities
- Cash Wrap: Greet customers, capture contacts, maintain POS accuracy, organize wrap, suggest add‑ons, earn repeat visits, represent Coach brand.
- Stockroom/Warehouse: Receive shipments, scan cartons, notify management, process transfers, clean and organize stock space, shift product, track inventory, conduct cycle counts, support loss prevention.
- Sales Floor: Analyze floor replenishment, restock zones, execute visual merchandising, support floor activities, communicate pricing and stock information, maintain housekeeping, respond to customer requests, partner with sales team or management.

Additional Requirements
- Experience: 1‑3 years retail experience (cashier/stock/sales), luxury retail environment preferred, fashion trend knowledge.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Technical: Cash register systems, computer skills, iPad/laptop, mobile POS, walkie talkie, price sheet reading.
- Physical: Fast pace, customer and team communication, maneuver sales floor/shelves/stock room, climb/bend/kneel, lift up to 25 lbs routinely, lift up to 50 lbs for shipments.
- Schedule: Flexible work, nights, weekends, holidays, retail peak days.
