Key Responsibilities
- Product Sense:
- Understand the product strategy and be able to articulate to others in compelling way.
- Able to communicate “why” behind the product decisions effectively to the cross functional teams.
- Create iterative approach to test hypothesis around user behavior backed by the data.
- Advanced Data Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis including building trends, charts.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify key insights, opportunities, and risks for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work with large datasets, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and relevance for user behavior, adoption, and key events analysis.
- Presentation & Communication:
- Design, prepare, and deliver high-quality, professional presentations for internal team and senior management.
- Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, concise, and visually engaging slides.
- Effectively communicate analytical insights and methodologies to team members and clients.
- Execution and Collaboration:
- Partner closely with Engineering, data and Support teams to identify areas of focus and value being delivered.
- Write clear user stories, leverage the AI capabilities to craft and fine tune inline with the standards and enhance organizational productivity.
- Create A/B tests with the help of AI or engineering to validate product feature related assumptions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, and cross functional teams to source data, present findings and drive change.
- Market Research & Industry Expertise:
- Continuously monitor financial markets, industry developments, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop a strong understanding of specific industry changes relevant to current and prospective technology landscape.
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship:
- Collaborate effectively with team members, and cross functional teams to source data, present findings and drive change.
Qualifications
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in technology, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field from a top‑tier institution. MBA is a plus.
- Experience:5+ years of experience in Product Management, experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development will be strong plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling, pivot tables, lookup functions, data manipulation).
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (creating complex, visually appealing presentations, charting, graphic design principles).
- Understanding of Product Principles, Product Sense, financial accounting, corporate finance.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a significant advantage.
- Analytical Skills:Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Communication Skills:Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Work Ethic:High degree of professionalism, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Team Player:Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Problem-Solving:Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
