Job Summary

The Infra. Technology Specialist will play a crucial role in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives. With a focus on utilizing tools like MS PowerPoint, Lucid Chart, and MS Visio, the specialist will ensure efficient and effective communication of technical concepts. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure technologies and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
  • Utilize MS PowerPoint to create clear and impactful presentations for stakeholders. - Develop detailed diagrams using Lucid Chart to visualize complex infrastructure setups.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation with MS Visio to support infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions.
  • Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
  • Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
  • Work with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage
  • Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration
  • Develop and maintain detailed database of reference materials, including research, design specifications
  • Review the technical documentation and make sure its up to date with periodic maintenance, Publish to leadership.
  • Analyse existing infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members to enhance project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and implement necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure infrastructure security and reliability. - Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest infrastructure technologies and trends to drive innovation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and methodologies.
