Finning Canada is seeking a Technical Service Representative in Fort McMurray to support customer‑owned Electric Rope Shovels and enhance the performance and maintenance of mining equipment in alignment with Caterpillar OEM standards and specifications. This role is primarily responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting scheduled customer visits, and resolving customer concerns. The position also plays a key role in forecasting and supporting future customer requirements to ensure optimal equipment reliability and satisfaction.
This offer is contingent on a satisfactory review of your driver's abstract which may be obtained at any local registry branch and the cost of this document will be your responsibility. You are required to maintain a valid driver's license at all times and agree to provide an annual driver's abstract. If at any time your driver's license is revoked or restricted, you are required to immediately inform the Company.
