Responsibilities
  • Become an expert in content creation by using the tools regularly and identifying workflow improvements
  • Support designers in creating high-quality, novel seasonal content through answering questions and prototyping solutions
  • Create and maintain workflow documentation and tutorials
  • Train other designers in how to use the tools and gather their feedback on how to improve them
  • Collaborate to translate design intention into realized game features and systems.
  • Participate in technical audits of design content and help enforce standards and metrics
  • Iterate, balance and tune features based on feedback from the game teams, user testing, and the broader player community
  • Contribute to game design discussions and planning
Qualifications
  • 3+ years technical design experience, or show equivalent knowledge
  • Experience with visual scripting (ex Unreal Blueprints), text-based scripting is also valid
  • Ability to communicate and articulate design requirements to other disciplines
  • Live service workflow experience a plus

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
