Overview

Team Member role for a fast-paced food service establishment in Vancouver. The position offers LMIA and PNP options. Base pay range is CA$18.50–CA$20.00 per hour. Full-Time, Permanent employment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and serve customers promptly and courteously; take orders accurately and handle payments efficiently; address inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Food Preparation & Quality: Prepare and serve menu items according to company standards; ensure safe storage, handling, and serving of food; maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations; work with team members and supervisors; assist with training and onboarding of new staff when needed.
• Operational Support: Stock supplies and manage inventory levels; follow daily opening and closing procedures; adhere to company policies and food safety regulations.

Work Schedule

• 8-hour shifts (day, evening, and morning)
• Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the Food & Beverage industry (Canada)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry (outside Canada)
