We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Pirho Grill. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and a positive team environment.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and motivate a team of staff members, delegating tasks and providing guidance and support.
• Ensure adherence to all restaurant policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance management of team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
