We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support and Training Professional with a strong technical background, proven expertise in mission systems, and a history of delivering exceptional customer service across various ISR platforms. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to customers operating complex mission systems and related technologies. With experience spanning aviation, operator training, and system integration, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer support through system configuration, fault diagnosis, acceptance testing support, and operator training.
