Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Cambridge, ON | On-site

The Position

Eclipse Automation is looking for a Supply Chain Manager who can see the big picture and deliver on the details. You’ll lead our Purchasing, Inventory, and Logistics functions, ensuring projects run smoothly, suppliers are strong partners, and costs are tightly managed. Working with Project Management, Operations, and Design Engineers, you’ll shape strategy, set policies, and champion improvements that give Eclipse a competitive edge.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the Purchasing, Inventory, and Logistics functions to ensure smooth flow of materials, services, and information across projects
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, negotiating agreements that drive cost savings, quality, and reliability
  • Oversee sourcing strategies, vendor selection, and contract management to support project execution and customer deliverables
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Operations, and Engineering to align supply chain activities with business and project needs
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen Eclipse’s competitive edge
  • Provide leadership to the supply chain team, including recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Monitor performance metrics, purchasing spend, and supplier performance, driving efficiencies and improvements
What We’re Looking For
  • An educational background in Supply Chain or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain or operations leadership, with a proven track record of driving results
  • Strong knowledge of raw materials, mechanical/electrical components, and logistics processes
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, cost management, contract negotiation, and supplier development
  • A collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to partner across functions and with external vendors
