Term/Status: Permanent, Full-time (70 hours bi-weekly)
Classification/Salary: Clerk R15 / Position starts at $59,015 annually plus an additional bi-weekly market adjustment of $85.74 ($60,662 annually total)
Team: SI SAM North OK
Location: Vernon (hybrid – 1 day work from home per week after passing a 6-month probation)

You will lead and support staff by clearly understanding their responsibilities and ensuring office administrative systems reflect CLBC’s Vision, Mission, and Values in everyday practice. Your work helps create a well-organized, compliant, and values-driven workplace that supports strong service delivery across the organization.
