Job Description

We’re looking to add a Strategist with a creative and analytical mindset to our happy team.

As a highly motivated strategist, you possess a deep comfort with data and an understanding of creative effectiveness, and you genuinely want to help brands succeed. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of strategic projects, including research, brand strategy, comms planning, journey mapping, creative briefing, and reporting.

You thrive in a collaborative setting and hold yourself to a high standard. You are committed to setting up the team to develop innovative and effective campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Develop audience profiles using various types of data and research.
  • Conduct brand diagnosis based on brand tracking and social listening.
  • Create comms plans for integrated campaigns that include multiple touchpoints – mass media, digital, social, etc.
  • Develop comms competitive analysis based on principles of creative effectiveness.
  • Track and report on cultural trends relevant to our brands.
  • Support the creation of brand positioning and integrated creative briefs to inform our creative output.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of agency experience specific to strategic planning.
  • Exposure to, and experience with, creative briefs and integrated comms plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop insights from data and research.
  • Hands-on experience with social listening, web analytics, and search trends.
  • Ability to build and deliver strong presentations that tell a clear and compelling story.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis.
  • Ability to learn and master new data tools. Familiarity with NVCS, Vividata, and GWI is a strong asset.
