Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous Specialty Leasing experience at a retail center or experience in deal making is an asset.
• Proven self-starter, innovative, and able to deal within a challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Specialty Leasing Business Plan to increase revenue streams.
• Actively prospect for temporary leasing opportunities and manage lease agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Specialty Leasing program standards.
• Upgrade and monitor tenancies and their visual presentations.
• Develop annual revenue and expense budget for specialty leasing activities.
• Network in the real estate industry to stay informed about market trends.
• Identify sponsorship revenue opportunities and coordinate marketing efforts.
• Provide content to B2B social media channels for promoting leasing programs.
