In this role, you will focus on targeting and closing new business with some of the largest and most strategic customers in the market. You'll play a crucial part in identifying the challenges organizations face while migrating to cloud environments and delivering tailored solutions. Your contributions will drive significant business growth and create lasting relationships with key clients. Collaboration and innovation will be at the heart of your approach, as you align customer needs with strategic solutions.


Accountabilities
  • Prospect into large Fortune 1000 companies while running an efficient sales process
  • Maintain, build and own specific relationship maps for your territory including existing relationships and aspirational contacts
  • Develop a deep comprehension of customer's business
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI
  • Handle existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into assigned territory
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges that defy easy solution
  • Identify robust set of business drivers behind all opportunities
  • Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency
Requirements
  • 5+ years closing experience (mix of field selling within mid-market and enterprise)
  • Proven track record of exceeding direct sales goals of $1M+ with an average deal size of $100k+
  • Ability to demonstrate methodology to prospect and build pipeline independently
  • Experience in the tech sector, preferably with SaaS or IT infrastructure companies
  • Proven success selling into Fortune 1000 companies and winning new logos
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
