• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.

• Strong store operations skills.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of the store and ensure execution of all operations processes.
• Manage inventory including shipping, receiving, and returns.
• Oversee merchandising concepts and visual displays.
• Maintain budget and quantity of supplies for the store.
• Participate in performance management situations for the operations team.
• Act as the Manager on Duty and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients.
