As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in consumer experience, maximizing store sales, and leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets, KPIs and drive profitability for the store.
  • Develop and execute store-specific strategies to improve customer experience and increase footfall.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales associates and ensure ongoing development and motivation.
  • Maintain an optimal and correct level of inventory and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure compliance with operational and administrative policies and procedures and manage store expenses within budget.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, the local community, and relevant stakeholders to drive brand awareness and loyalty.
Mandate

The store manager is expected to make decisions related to sales, customer service, team management, and inventory management that are aligned with company policies while driving the store's overall profitability and growth.
