A global coffee company in Ottawa is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales and lead a team. You will manage store operations effectively while fostering a strong community connection. We will enable you, leveraging your retail experience, to autonomously:

The typical hiring range for this role is between $61,000 and $80,875 CAD annually. Your base pay will reflect the market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, eligible partners in this role may participate in our bonus program, designed to recognize contributions and impact in addition to annual bean stock grants.
