What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Administer day-to-day equity transactions, including RSU grants, vesting, exercises, ESPP activity, and employee terminations
  • Perform data integrity checks and reconcile equity transactions across various platforms
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc equity reporting for leadership and cross‑functional partners
  • Support SEC filings, insider trading compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with proxy statement preparation and other external equity disclosures
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience administering equity compensation programs, ideally at a U.S.-based public company
  • Strong understanding of SEC regulations, insider trading policies, and equity‑related compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated experience supporting audits and SOX controls
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Hands‑on experience with RSUs, stock options, and ESPP programs
  • Ability to clearly communicate equity concepts across various departments and levels
  • Highly detail‑oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Experience with Workday and Fidelity
