Internship Details

Dates: January 6 – April 24, 2026

Location: 1000 Bd Marie-Victorin, Longueuil, Québec, J4G 1A1, Canada

Schedule: On-site, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Your Day-to-Day

Your day may start with coordinating with team members who requested support, reviewing instrument modifications for data capture, or conducting structural, fluid, or durability analyses of engine components. Work varies daily, with follow-up on sub-projects required. You will lend a hand to colleagues to advance the team’s mission toward the first flight in 2024.

Responsibilities
  • Support & supervise electrical powerplant installation (battery, energy distribution, electrical motor, controller) in the test cell.
  • Develop test procedures for the electrical powerplant.
  • Document test results (e.g., problem reports).
  • Manage verification procedures in the requirements management tool.
What You Need to Be Successful

Must-haves:

  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Be an undergraduate student in 3rd or 4th year or a graduate student.
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
  • Be able to work on-site.
  • Good communication skills in French (spoken/written).

Assets:

  • Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with varying priorities.
  • Project management skills.
  • Autonomy.
  • Experience with requirements management is an asset.
  • Communication in English.
