This person shall be reporting to Sr. Director - Sales Operations and will act as a critical business partner to the SVP Sales, with project management and execution of the organization’s most important strategic sales initiatives. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, this is an Individual Contributor role but ensures that the Sales Leadership team is focused, aligned, and positioned to deliver on both short- and long-term priorities.
They will work closely with executives and senior leaders across the business, providing structure, insight, and leadership to advance enterprise-wide initiatives. This individual must combine strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and exceptional program leadership skills to influence outcomes across a highly matrixed environment.
This role plays a central part in advancing the Company’s sales strategy, providing the leadership, discipline, and structure required for executive effectiveness and cross-functional execution. Specific projects and objectives will evolve annually in alignment with organizational priorities.
