The Senior Product Manager leads the strategy, planning, and delivery of Livingston’s core lines of services and related digital products throughout the product lifecycle. That includes identifying customer needs, helping the business to build the right products and service offerings, and then supporting the commercial group to sell them. Key responsibilities include analytics required for business case development and to measure commercial success. Working closely with sales, product development and marketing communications team members to ensure requirements are well defined, the pricing strategy is established, the marketing communication plan is executed, and the product / service is launched internally and externally.
