Business group: Digital Product, Discovery, and Onboarding—this person would be joining the commerce content design team. The team writes accessible content that speaks to customers, not at them. With an inclusive, plain-language approach, it cuts through complexity to build trust and promote financial well-being.
Project: Reimagining the digital experience for wealth clients. As a Sr Content Designer, you will greatly influence the content design of digital experiences that touch millions of Scotiabank customers daily. Your knowledge and expertise on digital project teams will ensure content and design meet business objectives and user needs, creating great user experiences. The role involves content strategy/content audit.
