Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a reputable healthcare facility in Monterey, CA. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, working closely with patients to improve functional outcomes and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
  • Document progress and maintain compliant patient records
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
  • Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home programs
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous clinical experience in acute, rehab, SNF, or outpatient settings preferred
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
