What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide technical support to the product group and merchants regarding new products and integrations
- Prepare customized POS test scripts for each solution and verify results from test executions
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new certifications and assist external developers in resolving variances
- Develop and manage relationships with POS developers, third-party processors, and other business areas
- Coordinate testing with partner technicians to implement quality assurance procedures before POS system deployment
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma and relevant post‑secondary education or experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual (French/English) required
- Excellent communication and writing skills for clear specifications and reports
- Ability to manage multiple activities and tasks under time constraints
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge of Tandem and Base‑24 systems
- Understanding of credit card operations (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and Interac regulations
- Strong problem‑solving and investigation skills
