The Sales Trainer is responsible for organizing and delivering a wide range of learning experiences to support the success and development of the Divisional business. The Sales Trainer will execute training delivery and support application of learning with Directors, District Sales Managers, store leaders, and field leaders for all Pandora points of distribution including direct-owned, franchise, and other wholesale accounts. This role encourages execution of learning with a growth mindset to improve behaviors and increase business performance.
The Sales Trainer will facilitate training for the Pandora store teams and field teams, primarily through a train-the-trainer model. The position ensures that all sales professionals (field teams and store teams) have a thorough knowledge of Pandora product, the ability to story tell, company culture, and the selling ceremony.
This role will report to the Director, Sales Training and support in identifying training gaps and will analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback, reporting, and measuring the impact on learners through business results.

Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
