What to Expect

EARN $20–$30/hr

Whether you’re experienced in equipment operation or prefer hands‑on snow removal, we’re looking for hardworking individuals to join our Snow Removal Team.

You’ll be working when snow is in the forecast, often during early mornings or overnight shifts. The job can be demanding — long hours, cold weather, and changing conditions — but you’ll be part of a committed, supportive team that takes pride in keeping our communities safe and accessible all winter long.

Compensation

• $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience, position, and reliability

• Guaranteed pay available to help offset weather fluctuations*

• Start Date: ASAP

Positions Available

• Snow Removal Labourers (hand crews, sidewalks, and de‑icing)

• Equipment Operators (loaders, tractors, skid steers, and plow trucks)

Requirements

• Valid G2 driver’s license (minimum requirement)

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site (not accessible by public transit)

• Open availability for on‑call work — snow often falls overnight!

• Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs or more

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Team-oriented, motivated, and dependable

• Mobile phone required for communication

• Prior snow removal or equipment operation experience is an asset
