Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Snow Removal Operator to join our team in the GTA. This role is essential in ensuring safe and efficient snow removal during winter months, supporting our commitment to maintaining accessible and safe outdoor environments for our clients.

Requirements

• Must be available for On Call shifts 24 / 7
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Able to work outdoors in cold and snowy conditions
• Reliable, punctual and ready to respond when needed
• Previous large equipment experience is a requirement
• A valid G license with a clean abstract is required
• Must be physically fit to perform manual labour tasks and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Proper outdoor winter clothing required for the job (Coat, hat, boots, gloves)

Responsibilities

• Remove snow and ice from designated areas using appropriate equipment
• Operate heavy equipment such as a snowplow, front end loader and/or skid steer
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Respond promptly to snow and ice events, including overnight and weekend shifts as needed

Wages Paid Weekly
Hourly rate PLUS BONUS Weekly Standby Pay
