Qualifications

• Experience monitoring the availability and performance of production infrastructure.
• Collaborate to integrate reliability best practices into product roadmaps.
• Ability to support incident response and automation for scalable deployments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the capacity and throughput of the production infrastructure.
• Support resolution of critical bugs identified by support or sales.
• Proactively monitor infrastructure vulnerabilities.

Skills

Knowledge of Cloud Platforms and related tooling: AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform

Experience in a scripting language (Python, Java, GoLang)

Strong foundation in Linux operating system internals and administration

Knowledge of Kubernetes

Familiarity with a relational database
