Job Description

As a Site Manager, reporting to the District Manager within the Operations department, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all site activities, including Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, and People Management. This position works closely with client sites and ensures operational excellence through leadership, compliance, and strategic execution.

What would you be doing?
  • Develop policies, strategies, and procedures to help operations achieve company goals and targets.
  • Manage cost and revenues to deliver on contract-structured P&L.
  • Lead incident investigations and audit proactive tools for quality assurance.
  • Manage the full life cycle of staffing (onboarding, managing, releasing) for large volumes while maintaining respect and dignity.
  • Foster strong relationships with operational clients through proactive communication and customer service.
  • Collaborate with functional support teams (HSE, HR, Finance, etc.) as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Key relationships with a diverse set of individuals ranging from Area Manager to field staff.

Qualifications
  • Successful completion of background checks.
  • Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Extensive knowledge of Human Resources and Safety regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education or degree in business, human resources, or project management preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory, leadership, or management role.
  • Minimum 3 years in a functional capacity (HR, recruitment, supply chain, finance) is an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years in the oil and gas exploration industry preferred.
