In the role of Shopper Marketing Manager working in Toronto, ON you will be a part of the Shopper Marketing Team. You will be accountable for leading the development, communication, and evaluation of solutions through the line for shoppers of your designated brand portfolio, in the on‑premise and retail channels that put our strong portfolio of brands at the forefront. These solutions must be rooted in brand, shopper, and channel insights and must influence shopping behavior and deliver value and sales for our customers and our company.
This position reports to the Sr Manager Shopper Marketing and works very closely with internal and external stakeholders through the value chain to deliver solutions that drive profitable growth for our retailers and grow MCBC’s share of category and channel.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $100,400.00 - $131,800.00 (posting salary range) + 13% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
