Role Description

Develops and customizes ServiceNow portals, Employee Center, and UI Builder experiences.

Creates responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, and CSS.

Designs Service Portal widgets, catalog items, and UI Builder components while integrating with Flow Designer, Catalog Builder, and Virtual Agent to enhance user experience.
