A leading propane distribution company is seeking a Service Manager for the Atlantic Region. This senior leadership role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and oversees technicians in multiple locations. The ideal candidate must have a Gasfitter A certification and considerable experience in the propane field. Key responsibilities include managing staffing and performance while fostering a strong safety culture. This position requires significant travel throughout Atlantic Canada.

Service Manager – Atlantic Region is a senior leadership position responsible for the overall performance, safety, and regulatory compliance of Avenir Energy’s service operations across Atlantic Canada. This role provides direct leadership to Gasfitter A and Gasfitter B technicians, ensuring consistent technical standards, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service across multiple branches and jurisdictions.
The Service Manager plays a critical role in aligning field service operations with corporate objectives while maintaining full compliance with provincial regulators and industry codes.
Location: Candidates should be based in HRM, Truro, Stellarton, or nearby areas.
