A global leader in stored energy solutions is seeking a Service Representative in Caledon, Ontario. This role involves installing batteries, diagnosing technical issues, and traveling to customer sites for support. Candidates should possess two years of relevant experience and a valid driver's license. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential. This position offers a compensation range of $47,800 to $59,700 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job PurposePlans and coordinates activities concerned with installing equipment, investigating and resolving customer reports of technical problems with equipment, and eliminating future operational or service difficulties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities*Occasional travel to Customers’ site for item drop-off.

Education and/or Experience: Two years’ industry-related experience; or equivalent combination of technical education and industry experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read, write, speak in English. Ability to analyzes, interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions which lead to proper customer solutions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must complete Enersys Canada Inc. Service Representative Training Course within 6 to 12 months. Must have forklift training- counterbalance and reach.
Driving Ability: Ability to operate various company vehicles types in a safe and competent manner. Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. Must be at least 25 years of age to drive a company vehicle.
Other Skills and Abilities: Team player. Excellent organizational skills. Highly professional.
TRAVEL REQUIRED: Overnight travel will be necessary for training opportunities, company meetings, customer service calls and other circumstances as dictated by the supervisor.
