We are looking for a self‑motivated, energetic Service Adviser who is eager to deal with customers in a professional & respectful way. This individual will have experience in some kind of customer service field in the automotive sector. Training on our systems will be provided.

Job Description
  • Ability to use a computer proficiently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong understanding of Automotive technology and repair processes
  • Take customers concerns regarding their vehicle and create Work orders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, appointments and customer interactions efficientlyAbility to look up auto parts and order from various suppliers
  • Answer customers questions and concerns
  • Advise the customer on any preventative maintenance services
  • Schedule any follow up service required
  • Able to estimate the timeline for repairs on vehicles
  • Document accurate information on the repairs performed on each vehicle
  • Experience in the Auto Industry is a necessity
