Join us as a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr TPM) and play a critical role in shaping, leading, and executing complex programs that support our company’s strategic priorities. As a Senior TPM, you will own the delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives—from inception through execution—ensuring alignment across teams, managing key stakeholders, and driving measurable results. You’ll partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to define goals, scope workstreams, mitigate risks, and continuously improve our execution model. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with a bias for action will be key to influencing decision-making and achieving business impact. This role is ideal for someone who excels at driving clarity in ambiguity, scaling processes across teams, and mentoring others in program management excellence.

The base salary range for this role is $136,100-150,000 USD. This position also offers a performance bonus dependent on company performance. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
