A leading professional services firm is seeking a Sr. Structural Engineer in Metro Vancouver to guide large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in structural engineering, strong communication skills, and proficiency in key design software. Responsibilities include managing projects, ensuring quality deliverables, and mentoring junior staff.

As a Sr. Structural Engineer supporting WSP's Property & Buildings Team, you'll play a strategic role in guiding large-scale infrastructure projects, taking innovative design solutions from proposal stage through to constructed projects for clients in a wide variety of Sectors. This role will primarily focus on construction support for the Structural discipline on multi-disciplinary projects. This role will include a client facing component, strong communication and coordination skills and experience in site-based roles.
Expected Salary (in BC): $105,800 to $145,400
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
