Overview

A Senior Fitness Coach is a highly motivated individual focused on helping Members achieve their fitness goals. You will serve as a role model, creating an environment that fosters connections with Members. The role involves both administrative duties and the core responsibilities of a Fitness Coach.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with their needs at the front desk
• Handle incoming calls from current and prospective Members
• Achieve daily and monthly sales goals by generating new leads
• Guide new members through cardiovascular and weight training orientations
• Promote programs to help Members reach their goals
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all member interactions
• Assist in maintaining club cleanliness and amenities
• Manage club errands and organize events
