Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a construction management role within the house-building sector.
• Experience overseeing trades, subcontractors, and scheduling material orders.
• Ability to coach and develop junior members of the construction team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Assistant/Site Manager(s) and aid in their training.
• Supervise sub-contractors and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Co-ordinate and control sub-contractors on site.
