What- the Role:

On behalf of our client, SWIM is seeking a new Senior Regional Property Manager to join a tight-knit property management team. This position oversees a team in charge of all the operational aspects related to the management of residential properties such as maintaining high tenant satisfaction, ensuring financial performance, and adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.

In addition, this position plays a critical role on the assessment of potential acquisitions, establishing Proforma KPIs, providing input on renovation efforts, and any other activities to prepare newly acquired properties for rental.

This role is well-rounded and focuses on developing the team through clear guidance, constructive feedback, and the ability to inspire others while fostering a results-driven work environment.

Who- the Candidate:

We are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of progressive work experience within Residential Property Management and at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. We are looking for candidates who have a well-rounded Property Management skill set and who thrive on a mix of overseeing properties in the region and providing team support. Candidates will have a friendly, clear, and professional communication style, and the ability to build trusting relationships across the business in all departments. Ideally the successful candidate for this role will live in the Fraser Valley Region and will view the office location as a big plus!

How Much:

Competitive base salary commensurate with level of experience, and education- likely in the range of $90,000 to $120,000. The company will provide their new Senior Property Manager with a solid overall compensation package, including an RRSP match, health benefits including an annual health spending account, and paid vacation time. Where:

Our client is headquartered in the Fraser Valley Region, close to a Highway. It’s a good location for people living in or around Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, Agassiz, etc. Ideally, we will find a Property Manager who is currently doing a long commute from the Fraser Valley into Vancouver and is looking for something closer to home! The Property Management team is based full-time in the corporate office. There is plenty of free employee parking provided. This company has a full-time in office set-up, but they also give employees a great deal of trust and flexibility- it’s a great place for someone who is self-motivated and hard-working who can manage their time well and doesn’t want or require micromanagement.
