About the Opportunity:
City Build Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager - Pre-Construction with expertise in commercial interiors to join a dynamic and growing team in Toronto. This role is ideal for a trained interior designer (nice to have) with strong client-facing skills, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the Toronto market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the pre-construction phase of commercial interior fit-outs, ensuring projects are well-planned, budgeted, and aligned with client goals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, delivering presentations, and guiding them through the project lifecycle
  • Oversee construction administration (CA) activities, ensuring high-quality execution of interior fit-out projects
  • Demonstrate sales expertise by identifying new opportunities, pitching services, and contributing to business growth
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Toronto commercial interiors market to guide project strategy and client proposals
  • Collaborate closely with designers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
