Our client is a national construction company.

They are looking to appoint a Sr PM to oversee building project in Castlebar.

The program is 24 months.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Reporting to Regional Director, ideally degree qualified with track record delivering high value projects with Tier 1 Main Contractors.

You will be fully responsible for all site operations & site team.

Ensure works are planned, managed and delivered in a safe, controlled and environmentally sustainable manner.

Develop and maintain effective communication and relationships with the Client and all project stakeholders

Conservation / restoration type project experience would be advantageous.
