The ARPU & Credits Team sits at the centre of revenue and margin growth for our business. We strategize and deliver high-impact programs that increase customer value, reduce cost, and strengthen long-term profitability. Our mandate spans revenue acceleration, lifecycle optimization, and customer experience improvements within our existing customer base. We combine strategic thinking, deep customer insight, and cross-functional execution to unlock sustainable EBITDA growth.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will be a key driver of revenue accretive strategies for our mid-market (100-1000 employee businesses) customer base. Reporting to the Manager, ARPU & Credits, you’ll lead the end-to-end development of revenue-accretive programs—from shaping the strategy and building the business case, to piloting, launching, and measuring results. You’ll bring a customer-first mindset and strong analytical and cross-functional leadership skills to influence stakeholders across finance, planning, marketing, and frontline operations.
Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
