Description

The TELUS Business Solutions (TBS) organization is dynamic, fast‑paced, and entrepreneurial. Together, the team is responsible for driving profitable growth within a key growth segment for TELUS: Small & Medium business (SMB). You will join a skilled and engaged team that works closely with our pricing, base management and sales teams to collectively reach our sales targets. Our focus is on optimizing customer lifetime value by launching thoughtful campaigns to upsell, cross‑sell or nurture customers at key windows of time.

What you’ll do

Your mandate is to be the central point for all customer data relating to campaign performance and customer lifecycle insights to support the team building out campaign strategies.

  • Create data dashboards to analyze complex data on campaign performance supporting a variety of sales teams.
  • Constantly adapt reporting, create new data frameworks and measurements to support new sales teams, changing business priorities or to focus on key areas of improvement.
  • Work closely with BI stakeholders to enhance data inputs and derive actionable customer insights.
  • Create targets for customer intensification (adding products), continuously monitor, flag risks and support the team to hit those targets.
  • Support the Domo Migration project by moving all current reporting off of Domo and onto Looker Studio.
  • Manage highly cross‑functional projects with marketing, sales partners and data teams to deliver on program targets, improve conversion and positively impact business P&L outcomes.
  • Conduct adhoc data analysis to support different strategic projects.
  • Simplify complicated data results into easy‑to‑understand presentations to various levels, including regular program summary updates to our leadership team.
Qualifications

  • Experience with Looker Studio or Domo.
  • You live and breathe data. You can take complex raw data and transform it into easy‑to‑digest analyses and actionable insights.
  • You have strong people skills, ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders, and ability to work within a team.
  • You thrive in change and ambiguity, handling shifting demands with ease.
  • You are known for your ability to prioritize projects, manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and help meet our collective goals in an exciting and agile environment.
  • You can zoom in and out, balancing both strategy and marketing execution.
  • Having a minimum 5+ years of work experience in marketing and/or data analysis is desired.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, including:
