About the Role

As a Product Manager with Plooto, you’ll help lead the development of financial tools that transform the way small businesses operate. You will collaborate closely with multiple teams, using customer research and feedback to delight small business customers with new features and products. You will shape both the future of the products and be hands-on in executing your vision.

We're looking for someone who is scrappy, strategic, analytical, customer-obsessed, and a storyteller. This is an individual contributor role, tasked with defining and executing our payments initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Collect and analyze feedback from end-users, stakeholders and others to shape requirements, features and products
• Lead the product development process and work closely with engineers to execute on your vision and roadmap
• Identify and validate opportunities in new market segments and solve customer pain points
• Work with cross-functional teams to grow and monetize our Total Processing Volume
• Run the day to day sprint ceremonies including sprint planning and sprint grooming
• Collaborate with marketing to communicate product launches with customers and internal stakeholders
• Be the in-house expert for the products you own and become the go-to person for all functional issues
• Create and maintain a product plan that outlines key features, enhancements and internal iniatiatives to be delivered
• Proactively identify, communicate, and prioritize risks and issues
• Manage the product life-cycle from ideation through to completion

Your Background

• 5-7 years experience in a product function using quantitative and qualitative feedback to prioritize and design products and features
• Proven ability to communicate with and manage multiple stakeholders
• Previous experience partnering with teams of engineers, designers and operations
• Attention to detail and an obsession with delivering quality to users
• Ability to empathize with users and understand their perspective
• Strong data-driven and metrics approach to decision-making

Bonus Points

• Knowledge of payment rails or experience with FinTech products
• Knowledge of B2B SaaS products
• Understanding of how to implement and analyze experiments
