Job summary

A regional healthcare authority in Nova Scotia is seeking a qualified individual to operate, maintain, and repair site Power Plant and related equipment. The successful candidate will hold a 4th Class Power Engineer certification and have recent experience. Responsibilities include monitoring building systems through a BAS and performing trades duties in various areas including electrical and plumbing. A valid BC Drivers License is required for this fulltime position.

Qualifications

  • Certificate acknowledged by the Province of BC.
  • Two years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
  • Valid BC Drivers License.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and repair site Power Plant and related equipment.
  • Monitor building systems through the Building Automation System.
  • Perform trades duties in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry.
