Senior Marketing Coordinator
The Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development and leading the execution of strategic marketing plans for the organization. This individual will serve as the subject matter resource and support for internal and external stakeholders across all marketing-related activities, through various channels and with the objective of achieving core goals in alignment with strategic pillars of growth, retention, reclamation and awareness.
What will YOU be doing as Senior Marketing Coordinator?
- Initiate research, development, and implementation of new marketing programs, to support departmental goals, and respond to stakeholder needs
- Analyze market trends to determine feasibility and profitability of new or existing offerings; make recommendations based on findings.
- Support Manderley growth strategy initiatives
- Ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to brand identity; conduct ongoing brand management.
- Assist with product mix management
- Collaborate with sales, production, and operations personnel to prepare sales forecasts, monitor performance and take actions as required to ensure targets are met.
- Work with designers, writers, editors, and other creative staff to produce marketing collateral in accordance with brand messages.
- Champion the production of engaging media, with a focus on video.
- Assist in the development of marketing plans within budget requirements.
- Collaborate with both inside and outside sales representatives to identify customer needs.
- Provide support and tools to account managers and other sales staff that will drive sales within their areas.
- Prepare and deliver reports on the status of all marketing programs and initiatives to senior management.
- Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.
- Design and attend relevant trade show and convention appearances in order to build relationships and promote the organization's initiatives.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on competitor activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered.
- Communicate pertinent information clearly and effectively to all stakeholders.
What YOU bring to the table?
- University degree in marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration, or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of direct work experience in a marketing capacity.
- Excellent understanding and familiarity with core B2B, relationship-based marketing principles.
- Proven history in creating and executing successful e-mail marketing, Internet marketing, and direct marketing programs.
- Knowledge of ethical marketing best practices and associated regulations.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with key business partners, including retailers, wholesalers, and resellers.
- Strong knowledge of competitive analysis methods.
- Experience managing freelancers and contractors – proven ability to keep projects on track.
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable.
Compensation 62K to 66K base salary, commensurate with experience.
