Our team is immersed in the development, governance and management of business performance for channels across the entire TELUS Consumer Solutions organization. Our mandate includes budget setting and forecasting for both the wireless and wireline product portfolios, tracking and reporting on key financial and performance metrics, and supporting strategic programs with deep-dive insights. We also work closely with our Executive leadership team by communicating performance across various governance forums.

Come join our team if you have a passion for data, the curiosity to explore, the courage to innovate, the wherewithal to embrace change and the penchant to embody spirited teamwork to support stakeholders across a wide variety of teams.

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

As Senior Market Intelligence Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence our wireless business performance across our sales channels by leveraging your strong analytical background, collaboration skills, and business acumen. You would be collaborating closely with Channels, Strategy & Planning, Marketing, and Finance teams in an extremely high‑visibility capacity.

Here’s how

  • Own and manage performance KPIs, set targets, analyze data, find root causes, develop reports and insights, present findings with leadership, make recommendations, explain the story behind the data and influence decisions
  • Translate business questions into answers with data analyses, while generating insights to inform our business strategy around sales and marketing
  • Use this data‑driven approach to determine opportunities within or across our channels to help improve business outcomes
  • Communicate with senior and executive leadership and stakeholders to keep them appraised about the state of our business
  • Facilitate improvements in performance reporting, challenging the status quo on both whether there are better ways to do existing things and on whether there are new things to consider doing in order to further drive the business forward

  • You have a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, particularly around the KPIs and metrics that impact the wireless segment
  • You have a deep understanding of our sales channels and the key drivers impacting their individual and collective business performance
  • You are comfortable working in a very fast‑paced environment and are able to navigate the volume and velocity of asks through strong planning and organizational skills
  • You are proficient in using Google Sheets and Slides
  • You are capable of presenting to senior audiences
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
