In your role as Senior Manager, Wealth Digital First, you will leverage your expertise to execute business‑led strategic initiatives from conception through to implementation. You will gain in‑depth knowledge of Wealth Management’s opportunities to enable digital transformation initiatives that accelerate the lines of business digital visions and roadmaps and innovative solutions. The key focus will be to improve organizational effectiveness and team performance for optimal business outcomes. You will provide strategic guidance to senior leaders on new initiatives and long‑term priorities, while adeptly managing a variety of initiatives. This will include, leading a successful culture shift with a transformational leadership style that is inspiring for people to embrace change, foster continuous improvement, and digital first mindset. You must engage stakeholders through active listening and clear communication to align with the organization’s vision.
